Advanced Polishing Pads - Use 2-3 times weekly and gradually increase the frequency of use. We recommend introducing Advanced Polishing Pads into your regimen gradually. Start by applying after cleansing, leaving on for 15 minutes, and then rinsing off. Increase the length of time you leave on your skin until you are leaving on all night. Follow with moisturizer.

Illuminating Renewal Pads - Use daily. Apply the pad to the face and neck after cleansing. Follow with serums and creams. Finish with SPF if used in the morning.
